The road trip begins at the waterfalls in Rock Glen Conservation Area on the way to the St. Clair River in Sarnia, Ontario to see migrating waterfowl. Then to Pinery Provincial Park to hike along the Old Ausable Channel for more birding in early March.
Wildlife seen on this hike include: Redhead Ducks, Canvasbacks, Mallards, Long-tailed Ducks, Hooded Mergansers, American Wigeon, Greater Scaups, Tundra Swans, Merlin, Bald Eagle, American Crow.
